Gaining Expertise on skill

I have been working in a support project (Service Now) for 3 years now and looking for some other opportunities like database administrator or stuffs I am not interested in coding therefore looking for DBA kind of tech or any tool related technologies. These are the listed things i am trying to learn like expertise in Excel, SQL , PowerBI , Tableau etc. Can anyone suggest me how to test my learning or get a good handson experience to crack interviews on these skills.

Let me also mention working in IT was never my first choice due to some personal circumstances i am continuing here and have to continue
