G8 to G10 salary

I am getting 23lpa in G8, and 2.8 years in this role, i am getting very low as compare to market and even Cisco also..I am sticking here as work is good…i am seeing people who cries and gets hike and management takes care… and i hate in buttering..how to propose my manager so that he takes care of my salary and promotion for G10?
