FY26 appraisals are now open 😀 😀

Congratulations on achieving the unimaginable — managing an entire fiscal year without issuing salary hikes, proper band allocations, or even a line of appreciation. It’s truly an art to keep employees motivated with absolutely nothing but motivational quotes and vague corporate newsletters.

We understand times are tough — but apparently not tough enough to delay project deadlines, only employee recognition. Promotions are now like horoscopes — full of hope, but never accurate. Band ratings? Decided by spinning a wheel, perhaps?

And appreciation? We’ve heard of it. Just never seen it in emails, appraisals, or actual conversations.

But no worries we’ve grown. We now celebrate invisible hikes, silent recognitions, and the thrill of refreshing Ultimatix in the hope of seeing… anything.

Thank you for reminding us that loyalty is priceless and so is our raise, apparently.
