TCS not denied for wages hike, they said will do later
Will they give pay for already passed months in form of arrears? I don't think so. Even if they decide on hikes 'later', they would have already digested a nice chunk of our already way too less money without a hiccup.

Bands have multiple purposes, not only hikes it will decide promotion, salary, QVA. Wings incentive. So for now hikes and promotions are on hold The remaining things will impact like D band people's salary cut and incentives cut
