Future scope

I am a final year student from a circuital branch from a tier-3 college. I have worked as a freelance tester, initially testing electronics network stuff, and was shifted to mobile (specifically android testing) after that(1+ year exp). I have recently joined a series B startup as a product quality engineering intern 2 weeks back.

I am primarily tasked with performing manual testing at present with automation in the near future. What is the career path I should expect from this field in future.

I love the work I am doing, and the team is also great, but I am unsure about the future career path in this specific field. Need some suggestions.
