Currently Im having 13.5 lpa package in Infosys , With 3.5 years of work experience (lateral) wanted to know if I stay here for 10-15 years how much package can I expect in this scenario.

Answer is “it depends” your market value is proportional to the value you add to an org or customers. So focus on increasing your value you can provide . For techies sky is the limit .
Also don’t think too much about future think what you can do to be more valuable to your company .
