They have pissed off 80% of their workforce. Until this ceo, coo are fired and employee friendly policies are announced , this will shut shop soon.
I feel hike will be good, but quality of folks coming in as new joiners not much. The existing employees i feel are still not able to become smart!
Do you think KT is the biggest threat??, people think one skilled resource can give KT to 10 non skilled or non interested employee and project can be delivered. If anyone becomes smart out of them, they are preffered and the seniority goes for toss, firefighting situation gets over and fluidity mode gets activated.
