Future of tech job in india

I want to know what will be future of software job in india i am trying to find job for a while but hard luck nothing happened i got calls they ask details and that’s it I am currently a full stack developer and also know how to use ai to build software fast but nothing worked i don’t know know where i am lacking. Is it happening to me only or others are also facing same please let me know
