Willing to change technology from a mainframe developer to another tech stack .
i have basic knowledge about python (numpy, panda)Mysql
I completed AZ-900 .pls give any suggestions about this transition.which path should I follow. willing to learn new technology
Feeling stuck in this project and no personal technical improvement in this project. should i resign to tcs and check new opportunities outside tcs . And there's any chance to get opportunity for new technology in tcs give your views on the future of the mainframe and new opportunities Thanks in advance 🙏👍

Just to say ..current market no technology gonna sustain more than 3yrs and we should keep changing ..this apply to all not only mainframe..in fact mainframe has track record of 50+ or and still going but with less market growth

Bro move to other tech stack, you can go for python/django or Java spring/springboot or mern stack any will be fine see the market trends and move according to your convenience or you can also opt for data engineering side or science side but first learn any stack in 3 to 5 months than only resign, if you resign and search and not having any skills according to current market standard you may feel more pressurised and can loose the motivation also but if you first prepare and than search you will be on upper hands. Rest is upto you

No scope in mainframe. Better move to other technologies
