Future of Front end developer and what should he learn in coming 5 years??!!

I am working as a front end developer(React.js) with 5.9 years experience. Please suggest something which helps my career in Product based company or FAANG companies in the coming years.

Because i am getting calls only in startup or MNC because of tier-3 college as background??
