Trending @Accenture; Future in IT - Best Major for Masters

I'm currently working in Accenture where I joined as a fresher 1 year 6months ago. I'm planning to do my master's after completing 2 - 2.5years, probably somewhere in the US. My current CTC is 3 LPA. I wanna get out of this support role as admin and get more salary. Which major do you think is the best to do masters in, in terms of better ROI and future job opportunities? I have a 3 year bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
