Future chances at Tcs after rejecting offers

I received an offer from TCS two times (one last year and one this year) but ended up not joining both times after accepting the offers. I recently noticed that the TCS iBegin portal still shows my history of accepted offers and rejections.

My concern is:

Will this history affect my chances if I apply to TCS again in the future?

Does TCS treat this as a permanent blacklist, or is it just a short-term restriction?

Has anyone here had a similar experience of rejecting multiple offers and later reapplying successfully?

Any inputs from people who have faced this situation or know how TCS handles such cases would be very helpful.
