Hi all,
Our management during the build phase told everyone saying that don't take leave also work in the weekends once we go live we will free and will give long leaves , we thought these people just blaming all the employees in the project thinking that they may release from project after golive but what the are doing is they Harrassed like anything to get the golive after golive now they are not releasing from the project directly putting to the HR everyone for action....it's really not understanding should we laugh or cry ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢
Never give up on your leaves, let the project crash and burn lol
I took 3 sick leaves continuously and they put me to HR , also asked the medicals , they talked about pip in the HR discussion, but the project manager took 2 weeks for his family holidays ...... No one asked ....Hrs are really puppets here
