another reason for obesity is the lack of playing facilities in cities. mass migration to cities started after 1990. Villages have gone empty. With no space to run and play, obesity went up. There is a documented evidence that Indians are prone to obesity than Caucasians. Indians who are/went to US, are more fit than ones here. because they are more physical than us. Most people in India, eat very less "processed food" compared to the westerners. Its the lack of physical exercise that's making us fat.

don't agree wrt it being on par with twt

  2. Contains trans fats from hydrogenated oils - literally poison for your body
  3. Made with refined flour that's stripped of nutrients and spikes blood sugar
  4. 190 calories for a tiny 40g portion - terrible calorie-to-nutrition ratio
  5. Full of artificial chemicals, emulsifiers and mystery "improver enzymes" - wtf is that even

I used to like his content and a few others in their team, but now it all just seems fake and forced promotions for their rainmatter fund and portfolio companies.
