Bengaluru. Got a good opportunity there. This house has our soul. This is 1st property we (me and my husband) bought together. We shifted in Feb and society got the whole building from the builder in aug last year, everything is pretty much new. So yeah need someone who can take care of the house as lots of emotions are involved. I have been to many rental places in past so I’ll try to be a good and supportive landlady as well.
Oh I see. Must be hard to leave it behind. Btw since it was 1st property, are u thinking to come back eventually or setup pretty much the same home in the rented space over Bengaluru? Kinda curious whether the extra cost of setting things there for a probably short term make sense (if it’ll be short like few years)

Sliver crest is a good society my flat is there and IVY estate is nearby. A few societies might have water issues there but most of them have good infrastructure.
