Fullstack dev salary | 1.5yrs exp

I really don't get where do these new guys get the idea of getting anything above 6-8lpa after only 1yr of exp. Sure, if you're a tier 1 college passout it will make sense. But even then it's probably upto 15lpa max.

I was a hard working guy too but never saw any offers beyond 9-10lpa when I had 1.5 yr experience. That was in 2015 end though. Adjusting for inflation even, probably 11lpa max now.
