My brother is a fresher and got a full time offer as a developer in TCS and apprenticeship as a technical consultant role in cisco , which one is better option ? Will cisco convert him as a full time after apprenticeship ?
Join Cisco without doubt the initial 4 months there won’t be any pressure in work . By then can prepare for better opportunities outside and inside Cisco as well . Plus the brand name of Cisco will surely help
Apprenticeship is good but there is very less chances for conversion, this year haven't seen any coversion, atleast in my BU, can ask from HM if there will be any chances of conversion.
