Contract is always risky but tax wise it’s nice

My concern is treatment as well. Do they treat you worse than regular employees?

Don’t think so. But u have less benefits or maybe can’t join some invitations like parties

I got an email from Amazon recruiter on a similar contract role. I replied asking if there’s even a remote chance of conversion. Next day I get a rejection email 😂

They’ve told me I’ll get absorbed at the next designation at tbe end of two years (basis performance ofcourse)

Full time permanent employment is equally risky. Trust me🙃.
But there are various perks to which you might not get access to. Anyways if the pay is good, go for it
