Do you have your own personal health and term insurance. Can you take care of your retirement funds, since their will be no contribution towards your pf.
If answer is no then don't go for it. Or else take it on a temp. Basis

Apparently salary is structured in a way that you get all the regular retirement benefits. Its just a two year up or out role. Pay on offer is pretty good as well (50L+). Hence the doubt.

Also talk to a good CA, I think since you're working as an independent contractor for Amazon and they have an office in India. You might have to pay gst (18%) if amount is above 20lakhs. Check up with a CA and research about section 44AD and 44ADA. I think you'll be filing ITR-3.
