Full stack engineer- Remote EU job

I am a full stack engineer and looking for a job as a remote employee with a company in the EU. I am wondering if there is an upper limit on what these companies can pay. I am thinking of aiming for a salary in the 50k-60k range or the 80k-100k range. I need to get a general idea of what is realistic and what is not before applying for jobs.

Go for ~ 80k. Pitch the company to work as a contractor from India. Open a EU company sitting at home using Estonias e citizen scheme. Get a Wise bank account. Pay 21% flat tax and show business expense to play with taxes.
