Full payment no delivery for scooty

I recently purchased tvs scooty on 5th November and made all the payment.

I was told that they will provide me the delivery within 6 days, but it's been 15 days I have no update from the dealer yet, I have to take constant follow ups for delay and they are providing me vague reasons.

What's the general timeline for the new scooter delivery in Pune?

What should I do in this case?
