Full & Final settlement with TCS
I left the company a month back due to some critical health and personal issues. Facing issue with Full & Final settlement in TCS they have put recovery amount of 17700 and without letting me know they offline approved my sabbatical which i applied to them before leaving the organisation 2 months back and then they didn’t replied back until i put them resignation and now when i m trying to please waive off my amount they are not replying. Can somebody please help me with the solution here as I m having seriously financial issues along with some personal issues. Not having any offer in hand too to repay them.
You should take legal action against TCS. They are clearly taking advantage of your situation. Companies like these need to be held accountable for their unethical practices. Don't let them get away with this, fight for your 17700 rupees.
Legal route is also expensive, only take if you can afford, enterprises have any advocates on payroll
