Trending @Cognizant; Full and final settlement not yet done even after all the approvals

My last working day is on 29th march . My approvals were all done by may 16th Today is the 61st day from my last last working day Still I did not get my settlement done ? Any reason behind this ? Can It get delayed this ? Is this common issue that a employee is not yet done with settlement after 60 days from the last working day ?
