I like my project. I know my shit. I’ve got tenure here. But thanks to WMG and their circus act, I get random calls dropped on me like it’s my side hobby.
Their job? ONE FUCKING THING—handle allocations. That’s it. Yet somehow they manage to mess it up every damn time. Over-enthusiastic clowns running around creating chaos, while I’m left cleaning up the nonsense.
I don’t need “exposure,” I don’t need “random opportunities,” I need stability in the project I already enjoy. But no—WMG thinks playing roulette with people’s time is management.
This isn’t project management. This is project mismanagement on steroids. Bloody nonsense..

Agree, i was also dealing with a idiot so called WMG, already working on a projects giving best revenue and this nonsense was every day calling sending email and finally one day i started looking other outside opportunity and client itself offered me, then talk to this idiot and said i am not interested 😁
Lol.. management should really consider looking into this dump of a department
