Fuck up during job switch
Hello all,
I was interviewing for Salesforce and got selected but that team didn’t give me a good numbers and the HR was also very rude... they just sent the proposed offer mail ... I didn't accept and asked him to check and increase but he didn’t come back.
In the meantime a new HR came from a different org and took an interview and got selected and he gave a good number.
I accepted and during the offer release they say you have already a proposed offer pending from another team so we can’t proceed.
It all happened within 2 weeks... am now stuck like I cant join the first team as the offer was less and the second team is not giving as the first has proposed. Really fucked up and depressed.
What should I do?
How do the other HR know you have an offer from another org unless you let them know about it?
They mentioned that they can see that I was proposed an offer by another org .
That's what I am also confused about. I have not accepted it and it was just a mail proposal how can it make it to the portal
One clarification. You mean the same company with different HR teams? Or different organisations?
