Trending @Infosys; Fuc*k Bridge programme !

In DSE bridge details they have mentioned that either you should have good dq points or you should have good rating.despite of having a good dq in jl3 . It's showing that I am not eligible for DSE bridge. Systems engineers who don't even get any yearly hike, spend 12 hours on work. How will they get motivation to work in this company? Systems engineers who were not eligible for rating how will they apply for the bridge ? Totally bogus 😡

Bro the problem I will it's rating based but some of the sse & Ta they don't get promotions for management then they are automatically selected to bridge as a compensation , without knowing them , I also selected like mine is 60 dq only . So that's why seats are less

I don't understand why do you wanna go for bridge even if you clear specialist Programmer they will give you 9 LPA and you have to prepare data structures if you go out and switch with data structures you will get 15+

Yeah, the bridge program can be confusing and frustrating. Maybe it's time to have a chat with your manager about your concerns and see what can be done
