I got the letter in the morning and status is unchanged after EP rating wtf is going on they just ruined my entire morning anyone else got same??

Even who got the letters got 2-4% hike that is in EPB like they increased it but won’t give it to you
It’s normal from HCL my friends who got letters in December got raise and the letter which was released in January are most of them has unchanged.
