FSM or IFS cloud - anyone ?

Are there anyone who works on Field service management. ( Click software, IFS FSM or IFS cloud )

Currently iam working on Click FSE which is meeting sunset soon. My three years experience is on CLick fse FSM. I dont have any other skills others than click fse and im stuck

I need someone who can guide me in FSM for upskilling in other FSM tools or IFS cloud.
