So, in 2 years I have gotten an average hike of 1.5%/year. VP is fixed to 9. Always highly rated and got great feedback from manager and project architects, no negative feedback or escalations in 2+ years and 100% chargeability throughout. Can L8 or L7 let me know what I do to get a good hike and bonus. I have done almost everything in the priority set, no excuses, build 3 tools for the company apart from regular project work in 2 years.
Spend 6 more months in org and start giving interviews outside.
Don't get frustrated with corporate. Have some piece of mind, always polite, stay humble, never asks for hikes, spend 2-3 yrs in one organisation, then switch. Repeat. Peace ✌️. All the best.
