Hi guys, need your opinion on one of the issue, it’s not any investment thing but i need you help. So we have paytm soundbox machine in our shop , it was working fine till last month and suddenly they imposed restrictions on the total monthly payment which can be done. Previously it was around 13 lakh but now it got reduced to 3 lakh.
They asked us to upload business proofs and PAN details, which we uploaded through the app. However even after verification still the restrictions hasn’t been lifted up. I have tried contacting customer support team multiple times but they just transfer the call from one exec to another and then hangs up.
Is there any solution to this issue, has anyone ever faced similar thing. Any ideas on what to do , because it is really affecting the ease of business
