Frustration at its peak

Completely frustrated in TCS,no salary hikes,no appreciation..company leave bhi nhi kar sakte because of upcoming recession

Upcoming recession ke naam pe baithe rahoge to complain kyu kr rhe ho....TCS is giving you want you want that is stability...then don't complain about hike etc. if you want good salary then work on your skills and dare to leave TCS. I am Daring to leave TCS after 6 years here with total of 10 YOE. You can do as well...
