Trending @Accenture; Frustration....

Finally I have put down the papers, I just wanted to ask one thing... I hate my manager a lot.. So when on LWD, the sign off mail I am gonna put, can I write tagging them that, for being the worst manager? 😂 I really wanna say it out loud for people to also know about them... The thing is, can is cause me any harm? In the sense can they stop my FNF or other documents or something??? Curious to know your opinion.

It is better to end things on good note. Please don’t ruin your future chances just to feel good

If you want to write bad things please do journalling but don’t write it on the email where other folks are also cc-ed. Your manager has to stay in the company please don’t ruin the workplace environment for another human being or connect with your manager on LWD and express how you feel so that they are aware of their actions.

In general nobody likes him only. Not even our team members or other team members i have worked with. I don't intend to join accenture in future also.. though I understand it is very stupid of me, but trust me, he needs to be called out...

There might be situations where you will have to share your previous manager references for BGC. It's better to end things on a good note.

Hey I understand your frustration but be practical. Accenture is the company where you can re-join as well in future with higher positions, so don't create any nuisance which can create problems for you in the future.

Sure bro, thanks! Yeah this is stupid only of me, but the frustration I had I tell you, the politics they do. It's just the worst.

I shared my feedback with HR. During my last week of notice period I got a call from HR for feedback and reason for leaving Accenture( call was recorded for quality purposes). At least I am happy that I vented out my frustrations but not sure if it's gone change anything or not but I am happy I vent out and joined a new organisation with a fresh mind As all suggested so not write it on email Try to well articulate and inform over call. All the best

I also submitted my resignation last week — without any offer in hand — mainly because of poor management and toxic seniors. I didn’t send any mail or inform anyone; I just raised the exit ticket directly. My advice to others is the same: there’s no need to create noise — just leave peacefully.

Sorry to know brother. Do you have any backup or how you gonna be sane till you find a new job??

Even though I agree with you but think of moving on. Also you'll soon realize these kind of managers are everywhere.

Don't do before bgv is done because manager or previous employers play an important role ..so first ur bgv should be done and then u can inform seniors but better don't email just inform seniors.

Not sure how u take it by looking at my designation but I would suggest leaving org smoothly as we encounter a lot of people in life with different mindsets. Ignore and chase your passion. Lessons should be taught when we stay.

Note down his, supervisor lineup and all peoples you want tag. After fnf, drop the bomb from a different personal email id.

A person needs to be taught a lesson so that he thinks twice before making the other person's life hell.

Pro tip : Take the screenshot of the mail and make it viral, so industry's idiots will be aware of outcomes.
