Frustrating UX
Any PM or UX designer who can put some light on the reason why workday decided to create a frustrating UX, every job application for a new company needs its separate account. Workday is a large organization, they can afford a revamp but they're choosing not to, Why ? Why do they want the applicants to have a hard time while applying for a job ?

Seeing this post for the 10th time today

Found the reason yet ?

It's a SaaS offering. Data filled by jobseeker while applying to a job at company 1 is owned by company 1 and workday itself can't re-use or share that data with other companies.
If they did it, they'll be sued out of business for data breach
Every time I apply and gets workday I am like —kill me already 🙄

Legacy Orgs moves slow, slower than snail.
Some data compliance reason. Anyway, you can use “simplify copilot” to autofill weekday forms.
