After a year of constantly supporting in and out of shift no escalation on me no re opened cases, responding on time and supporting and always available on week offs. Given the KT to almost half the team(10+ people).I was told I am not doing good enough and got the lowest rating. Increasing responsibility and decreasing rating year by year. Got DP in first, EP in second and GP in third.😔
