Frustrated with work in data science

I have 18 years of experience working in b2b e commerce based out of Kenya working remote from India. I am setting up data engineering analytics and data science work from 0. Work is very boring less data , simple dashboard, same small propensity models . Wlb is superb and company is very happy and team is performing . I want high impact high pressure job with brilliant work in llm and computer vision . I am not getting any interview calls for last 6 months nor getting any referral . Is my career is finished . Tc 1.3 cr fixed . I can't sleep in night . I have worked in flipkart , Swiggy and Walmart labs . Please help how can I get interesting work
