Frustrated with work from office 2 days a week.
Hi my buddies. I am facing a big problem with my company work from office rules. My wife is a government teacher in village which is in Bihar. And as a IT professional i am working in Banglore where the company is a service based company which is paying me 13.08 LPA . But made compulsory to come to office 2 days a week. For that only I am loving here not able to concentrate on my job and the family. Just 4 months back I got married. Could you please help me to guide with any solution for this🙏

Talk with your boss if it’s a startup and you’re a software engineer it can be managed but if sales / marketing / HR not possible I think.
