Frustrated with work culture in India

I have spent some years in Onsite but had to move to India . There is hell lot of difference between working in India and abroad .

Indians are treated as cheap labours and we are asked to be available 24 /7 . Meeting are kept as per soothing hours of onsite . Why onsite one person cannot not amend his meeting as per 10 people in India ? Why onsite people just orders to offshore and I know when I was at onsite my manager there used to tell me to pass on things to India , he use to smoke and enjoy full day .

Angrej chale gaye but gulami chod gaye ..

We still have slavery left over , what foreigner says is always right attitude . I have seen them coming at 9 and closing their laptop at 5 , let the hell break down they will never open the laptops again .

Problem is with us , we don’t Say NO . And this culture is ruining our life
