Frustrated with job search

I have 5+ yoe and I'm currently looking for job change and I have notice period of 90 days. I'm afraid of dropping papers without any offer in hand. I'm facing many issues while trying to get a job.

There's so few openings outside right now
Eventhough, recruiters are asking for only immediate joiners or people with less notice period.
Even if I try to apply for other technology openings which I have done certification or courses, recruiters want hands-on experience

I'm really frustrated.. 😢

I experienced the same thing. But I had to buy the bullet here to get myself out of this cycle. Invested in a course at Scaler and started learning DSA, System Design, Spring Boot and React. Started applying for companies that are ready to offer job based on problem solving and knowledge of my current projects.
