Frustrated with ipf

For the entire year, worked dedicatedly and now they gave me ipf rating of 3.91 I don't know what to expect. Please suggest.. I am really lost now.

Depression for IPF? Why ? A B C are normal IPF ratings based on performance. Anything below C is worrying .

Dedication does not work ... it's output and productivity...I have seen so many people working 12-13 hours in TCS but not able to deliver anything.
