Trending @Infosys; Frustrated with infosys projects

I joined infosys 10 months back. At first I was on bench for first 1.5 months. Then I was aligned to one project. There I worked 5 months. After that the product goes live and they put me on bench and on the same day I got another project and here after working 3 months they say due to some restructure on the client side they have to dissolve the entire 12 people team. Now again after 20 days I will be on bench

Previously I worked with Accenture there I was on 2 projects for 3.5 years and the next one for almost 8 months and then I quit from there and here i already changed 2 projects in less than 10 months.

Is it normal practice in infosys? I was looking for stability here but it feels like more hectic and uncertain.

Well, tbh its a good thing that youve got two projects within this short span of time its a added advantage at the end of the day to mention it in your cv and apply somewhere else. The more you stay in a project the less your explore

Depends on luck but how does it matter you? Start upskilling and bench time is best to do it

I am working for X project for 5*y number if years. This is not the norm. But some accounts /units have short term projects or FP projects which get over quickly or never get funded even though initial ground work starts. That seems to be your case.
