Trending @Infosys; Frustrated with Infosys

I am feeling underpaid for the work which I am doing. I have 5 yrs of experience. Is it good to drop the paper and search for other companies in notice period? Bcs in interview I am getting rejected bcs of 90 days notice period. Pls advice on this. Also in worst case, is it possible to revoke our resignation in last 10 days?

Don't mention your notice period as 90 days ,you can say that you have flexibility to adjust your notice period.

Tell the recruiter 30 days. Tell them you are on the bench and can be released early. It's all about scheduling the call. Once you clear the interview they will wait for 90 days. If not keep the other offer handy and start giving interviews elsewhere. Regarding withdrawing the resignation, you can do it on lwd itself. No hard feelings. And there is no lock in period to put down the paper again.
