Frustrated with cognizant Rating

Hi i joined cognizant in 2021 since I joined,and have been working on the same project. I never got a rating of 2 till 2024. But for this 2025 I got 2 ratings.i know won't be eligible for promotion. Apart from that, I have to face it. How to overcome this. I 'm really frustrated 🥴. Please suggest a solution.
