Trending @Accenture; Frustrated: VP and hike relased

Currently earning 9 LPA fixed, I received a 7% hike and a 10% variable component. I joined Accenture on December 6, 2023. I started working on a project from my third day and am a key resource. I explained my work, current projects, and the upcoming project to my Delivery Unit lead, who is also my project lead. My project lead and the client-side manager provided excellent feedback and recommended me for promotion. My shift is 2 PM to 11 PM, but I regularly extend until 12:30 AM and sometimes work weekends to ensure timely delivery. I have not taken any leave, even when sick, and have documented proof of my work. However, after working this hard, receiving only a 7% raise hurt my ego and feelings. We are only two in the team, the workload is excessive, and the other person (who is also my people lead) is frequently absent and does not work every day. The client-side manager often reprimands him for poor work.
