As per new policy in place, after completion of 18 months in a project you are entitled to look for another project.

Send an email to PMO ,copying your lead or Manager(dont put so many people in email) and mention that since you have completed 18 months in the project, you want to look for other oppurtunities, keep following up,keep bugging your PMO,if the situation is worse you can engage DU HR (not recomended though).

Lastly you can start applying for jobs matching your skill set and experience in jobsgateway.accenture.com

I applied many project and also got some project call. But the work that I do in my current project is not same as the new project. So they are asking if I have experience on that domain or not...

Don’t get demotivated, it’s not your mistake it’s just a bad management.. they might portray you as expert to the client to get more revenue.. Don’t worry.. just focus to be not get stressed..

Slowly convey that to client.. You can say on lighter nodes that i’m trying my best in the project but I’m pretty much new to the tech and just having 2.5 years of total experience..

if u are not able to discuss it with your PL ,then go to Workday, find your Talent lead there, and find out the name of senior manager in your project, write a polite email to them, detailing your issues, mention the bad impact it will have ,and maybe about client trust.

You may not get a reply sooner, but in the backend that mail will start working
