Hi All,
I have initiated separation on 3 Sept with LWD as 2 dec.
On 26 Sept, I have initiated a mail communication with HR for an early release of 30 days. But I got no response.
On 29 Sept, I mailed my official reporting manager(I never had to connect with him, as my team was client managed and only infy leads were involved) asking for an early release as I have literally no work, and also from Nov onward we have a freeze period so no deployment.
On 17 Oct, i followed up with HR and asked if 30 days of negotiation is not possible then give at least 10 days early release. But no response. STG HR(the one who should not be named) is in coma, as this person never responds to anyone in the whole unit.
On 22 Oct, i escalated to HR's manager and now he is asking for project status and MU lead approval. My MU lead has approved my separation request in the portal, but I haven't explicitly asked him for an early release.
Like man, if no one is responding to my email since last month then how am I supposed to get any approval? And also, isn't it the job of HR to connect with the project and verify the possibility?
Please suggest me, what should I do now? My separation request is validated by HR, and I got approver 1(MU lead) approval also.

Drop chasing emails daily to them and keep calling to them as well. I don't know what is happening with HR team they are fully trained with not responding to any emails.
