Frustrated Capgemini Joiner

Hi,

So, it's like 4 months since I joined CG, no interviews aligned , nothing happened for me. On following up, they r always telling we r pushing your profile. Y to hire when you don't have the demand itself ....! I dropped papers and started my job search again. For Adobe analytics, any openings please let me know.

They don't have projects. Before joining, one should do a background check on the company's/employer's culture and environment, research the internal projects and requirements, and learn from others' experiences.
You resigned, that's a bold decision but great for your career growth. Best of luck.

No, and still they r hiring people for same stack, don't knw for what reason. Ppl on project-> coming to bench Ppl newly hired -> on bench Hiring janta only to put them on bench
