Frustrated by civic/traffic sense!

Was riding back home from office. I was about to take a right turn, put my bike indicator on. The car infront of me suddenly took a right turn - no indicator. I looked at him & he was on a phone call. I just gestured him to put the phone down. He immediately followed me and was pushing my bike towards the divider. He got down and started abusing & threatening me.

He said: Why are you showing hands to me (చెయ్యి ఎందుకు చూపిస్తున్నావు రా)

Are you a traffic police (నువ్వేమన్నా ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీస్ ఆ)

You're riding a bike, be like one. Will hit you with the car (బండోనివి బండోని లెక్క ఉండు, car ఎక్కించి పార దెంగుతా ఏం అనుకున్నవో)

You can't do anything to me (నువ్వేం పీకలేవ్)

I'm just wondering if it's my mistake to point & not let it go like others!

Do you also get frustrated by people not following traffic rules or don't have some sense on roads?
