Trending @Infosys; Frustrated & Looking for a Switch from Infosys

I’ve been working at Infosys for the last 3 years as a Lead UX Designer. Despite delivering consistently and handling the same workload, I haven’t received any increment in 3 years. Same salary, same work, same pressure — and now being forcefully called back to office.

Honestly, it feels frustrating and undervalued. At this stage, I seriously want to switch. Can anyone share what kind of hike I can realistically expect in the market with 3 years of solid UX experience at a lead level?

Any insights from people who’ve been in a similar situation would mean a lot.

Same here, infy managers not even replying back or accepting 1 day WFH request even after I sent multiple mails and attached approval and appreciation mails I received from client too. Received an offer now so gonna stop working more

My 2 cents: you are just an employee and paying back for your work. Dont stress more and spoil your health. Focus more on your health.

You should switch asap given how confident you are in your tech stack.

You can definitely land multiple offers if you start the search on naukri and LinkedIn(I mainly use these two, not sure of others) Forget infy and move on to companies that value your expertise.

Apply for jobs in your experience range and the salary hike you've been waiting for will come with a multiplier.
