I have completed 2 years as fresher and couldn’t able to learn anything as I work in support project which is of no use. In project as well I don’t get credit whatever I work. They steal credit when after doing too much work. My TL is a worst he does micro management. And talks vulgarly in daily calls. Don’t know what to do as my main goal to shift to developer role from security. I am locked with personal debts. Don’t know how to manage this issues. After doing work perfectly still gets the blame in job. Getting stressed. At one point I decided to have a face to face encounter with TL. Because he can’t talk anything in face to face. He only talks much in daily call in teams. He takes family emotions into work and he takes revenge on us.
