Frontend Developer (3.2 YOE @ Infosys) Seeking Guidance & Referrals for Job Switch

Hi everyone 👋

I’m a Frontend Developer with 3.2 years of experience, currently working at Infosys as a Digital Specialist Engineer. My primary expertise is in React.js and the MERN stack, and I’ve been building scalable, performance-oriented web applications for US-based clients in the Banking & Utility domain.

I’m actively looking to switch for better career growth, learning opportunities, and compensation, targeting well-known MNCs or strong mid-scale product/service companies.

However, I’m facing challenges where:

My resume is not getting shortlisted consistently I’m not receiving enough interview calls, despite relevant experience.

I’d really appreciate help from the community on:

Resume feedback (what might be missing or not working?)

Referrals or open frontend/react roles

Any guidance on cracking shortlisting at MNCs at the 3–4 YOE level
